In 2022, The Cinco Team took on one of our most ambitious projects yet—a complete teardown and rebuild of a home in Hamilton. The property was in severe disrepair, with holes in the ceiling, water damage, and even squirrels taking up residence. Despite its condition, we saw the potential to create something extraordinary.

Timeline: 6 Months
The goal of this project was to completely transform the property into a modern, livable space. We started by gutting the house down to the studs, removing all the damaged materials, and addressing structural issues. From there, we worked systematically to rebuild every element of the home, including new framing, joists, flooring, insulation, drywall, and all-new finishes.
Every detail was approached with precision and care to ensure the home was not only safe but also beautiful. The result was a completely reimagined property, ready for its new purpose as an Airbnb where guests could enjoy everything Hamilton has to offer.
The challenge: Once we opened up the home, it became clear there was more damage than initially expected. This required a creative approach and close collaboration with our architect to devise safe and reliable solutions. Despite these unforeseen obstacles, we stayed on track, ensuring the project met our high standards of quality and safety.
